Upload passwords
- Submit the encrypted password(s) using the appropriate upload form below depending on if you used the floppy disk version or CD version
- Within minutes you should receive an email notifying you that the passwords have been processed. Alternatively check progress of recovery anytime by selecting the results tab
- Once your passwords have been decrypted, you then have the option to pay for the service which will then display your passwords instantly
Only a maximum of ten passwords per upload will be accepted
Upload passwords (if you used a floppy disk)
- Insert the floppy disk into this computer.
- Type A:\UPLOAD.TXT (use appropriate floppy drive letter) into the box below.
- Provide your email address so you can be contacted when the passwords have been recovered.
- Optional provide an access code which will be used to confirm your identity
- Press Submit.
Upload passwords (if you used the CD version)
Download this zip file (around 0.4 MB) and extract the ISO file and burn the ISO image to a CD. To do this you will need CD burner software which will burn ISO images to disk. (Simply copying the ISO file to a CD will not work). Put the CD into the computer you want to recover passwords from and switch it on. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen and copy down the text that appears the box below. You may have to press another key to view another screen full. You only need to type in pairs of lines for users that you wish to recover passwords for. An example is given below.

There should be no spaces and there should be two lines (remove any spaces that may be present). The Username must be entered as well. Make sure you put all the colons in the right places.
When you've entered the text EXACTLY, enter your email address in the lower box and press Submit
